Manuela Palermo was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario currently residing in York Region with over 20 years of sales experience.
Manuela has been passionate about everything real estate-related since 18 years of age. She attended Ryerson University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Business specializing in Finance and Accounting.
After graduation, she started her career as a Financial Planner with TD Waterhouse Wealth Management.
While working in Wealth Management, she enjoyed helping people plan for their dreams and goals. During this time, she started Property Management for a solid commercial real estate portfolio managing over 20 Commercial properties. She learned a lot about commercial real estate and loved it. She continues to do Property Management for this portfolio today.
She realized that she was ready to take a leap in her career and indulge in the Real Estate industry. So, in 2007 she received her Real Estate license and, shortly after that, obtained her Brokers license.
In 2018, her desire to grow and passion led her to a new chapter in her career; opening a Boutique Luxury Real Estate Brokerage.Seeing the potential for significant growth in the area, she opened this brokerage in King City. Where now, the average home price is $2.2 million with homes selling up to $14 million. She leads and manages 16 quality and exclusive real estate advisors. The prestigious Engel & Völkers Real Estate brand provided the culture she craved, as well as cutting-edge technology and global resources. She has extensive knowledge with Social Media, Print Marketing, Digital Marketing and International Publications. Throughout her career, she focused on generating leads through nurturing her Sphere of Influence and Past clients, Geographic Farming, Networking, Open Houses and Social Media,
